    We have a full range of facilities including over 1.75 million litres of liquid storage and preparation capacity, a compounded flavoured drinks preparation facility, blending and chill filtration capacity of up to 85 million litres per annum and 7 bottling lines capable of handling ALL shapes and sizes of bottle from 5cl to 4.5ltr, from slow to very fast bottling speeds.

    A full range of supply chain services can be catered for in our Warehousing Complex which boast 7000m2 of both racked and bulk storage……. and for your distribution needs offers easy access to the UK motorway network.

Warehousing and Distribution

 

Situated in the heart of Scotland, in the central belt, Broxburn Bottlers is strategically located to receive and distribute across the UK and beyond. Within easy reach of the the main arteries of the UK's motorway network, the M8, M9, M90 and M74 are close by. We are able to arrange the distribution and transportation of products to all corners of the globe on our customers’ behalf.

We have around 7000m2 of warehouse space with both racked and bulk storage options allows us to store up to 3,000 casks, 250,000 cases and 2,500 pallets of dry goods.

To cater for your despatch needs we have the flexibility to pick single case orders for courier uplift up to the loading of 40ft containers for export markets.

We also provide filling and despatch services for bulk spirit. We can fill into various sizes of casks, IBC's, plastic drums or even tankers.

Our HMRC approved Warehouse Management Systems allow us to excercise the tight controls required and provide customers with real time stock information as required.
